Storing Energy for the Future

Explore and enquire about proposed development plans for a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) on land east of the A6112 and 2km south-east of Duns.

TBC Partners are committed investors in clean energy and the energy transition. They have prepared this website to update residents and local stakeholders on project progress, provide information about the proposed development and provide an opportunity for local people to have their say on the scheme. A second consultation event will be organised with a date yet to be confirmed.

TBC Partners value your input. Their expert team is here to listen to your thoughts, address your queries, and incorporate your feedback. TBC Partners will refine the development before submitting an application to the Energy Consents Unit (ECU). There will be a second Community Engagement Event, in advance of submission to the ECU, to present the final development and to meet with local stakeholders to discuss the development.
